Reservations: Must be confirmed at least 1 week in advance with a 50% Down Payment (DP).
Settlement: Final balance is payable upon arrival in Belitung.
Cancellations: DP is refundable (minus admin/hotel fees) if cancelled 7+ days out. Non-refundable within 7 days.
Child Policy (4–9 Years): 50% (no bed) to 100% (shared with 1 adult) of adult rate. Infants (0–3) are free.
