Requirements:
- 50% Down Payment: A 50% deposit of the agreed tour package price is required.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is to be settled upon your arrival on Belitung Island.
- Advance Booking: Please secure your reservation at least 1 week before your chosen tour date.
Policy Details:
- Confirmation: Once you share your payment receipt via message or email, we will issue an official receipt to confirm your booking.
- Early Cancellation: For cancellations made at least 7 days (H-7) before the tour, your deposit will be refunded, minus initial hotel deposits and other third-party costs.
- Late Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled tour.
