Terms & Conditions
Requirements:
- 50% Down Payment: A 50% deposit of the total agreed tour package price is required upfront.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is to be settled upon your arrival on Belitung Island.
- Advance Booking: Please finalize your reservation at least one (1) week before your scheduled tour date.
Provisions:
- Booking Confirmation: Upon receiving your payment receipt via message or email, we will issue a Receipt to confirm your booking.
- Standard Cancellation: For cancellations made at least 7 days (H-7) before the tour, your deposit will be refunded, minus costs for private cars, boats, and other arrangements.
- Late Cancellation: Deposits are considered non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour.
