Booking Requirements:
- 50% Down Payment: Required based on the agreed tour package price.
- Final Balance: Payable upon your arrival on Belitung Island.
- Advance Booking: Please book at least one (1) week before your preferred tour date.
General Policies:
- Confirmation: Send your payment receipt via message or email, and we will issue your official Booking Confirmation.
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days (H-7) before the tour are eligible for a refund, minus hotel deposits and other third-party costs.
- Late Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date.
Children Pricing (Ages 4–9):
- Children (4–9 years): 50% of the adult rate.
- Infants (0–3 years): Free of charge.
